Salave lagoons

From Tésera it is possible to do the Viavélez-Tapia de Casariego coastal path in 2 stages:

And Mirador de la Atalaya-Tapia de Casariego passing through the Lagunas de Salave.

It is great to be able to contemplate the forest, the lagoons, the wonderful cliffs of the Cantabrian Sea with the occasional cove of boulders as well as to see different species of birds that fly through the area.

Viavelez

Village 3 km from Tésera with great charm and sailor flavor. Between its houses there are a multitude of narrow streets through which to walk and contemplate the great views of the port.

It can be accessed on foot from Casa Tésera following a coastal route of approximately 2h 35min.

Tapia de Casariego

Just 6 km by car and just 10 minutes from Tésera, is Tapia de Casariego known for its particular charm and famous for its fishing origins. Get to know this wonderful coastal town of the Asturian West.

Os Teixois

Can there be a more beautiful, remote and authentic village than Os Teixois? Less than 1 hour from Tésera we can visit Os Teixois, and face the force of nature and the force of the past. Os Teixois is a town stopped in time; a unique jewel, converted into an ethnographic ensemble due to its historical and cultural value .

Tésera is located in the middle of the Camino de Santiago , in the last stage of the Asturian Way of the Coast, next to the Ermita de los Remedios de Porcía If the traditional and busy French Way is a pure expression of Romanesque art, this Asturian Way of the Coast is sea, it is coast, it is landscape. And if time doesn't overwhelm you, make a stop on the way in Tésera and enjoy the landscapes of this area. Visit Puerto de Vega, Castro de Coaña in the vicinity of Navia, a sunset in Viávelez, Tapia de Casariego, Castropol, detour to Figueras.
