Comfort and safety
The studios are comfortably equipped . Our clients rate the beds 9.4 / 10
We keep, for security, only strictly necessary objects.
The bathroom wastebasket has a lid and pedal opening to safely dispose of masks, gloves, disinfectant napkins, etc.
If blankets, additional utensils, hair dryer are required ... the client can make the request by whatsapp by calling +34 610220134
Autonomy
They have all the essential kitchen and cleaning utensils for a more independent stay:
- Refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, and kitchenware
- Disinfected or new kitchen cloth, cloth and scouring pads
- Broom and dustpan
- Mop
- Fairy
- Cream soap
Cleaning is not included in the price of accommodation. It will not be carried out during the stay, unless expressly contracted.
Services
The change of towels will be made every three-four days. To do this, customers will be given a bag the day before, where they will deposit the towels they wish to change.
The change of sheets will be done once a week.
Cleaning staff will not agree to serve without clients leaving the studio, except in exceptional circumstances.
We provide by watsapp the Tourist Information and recommendations that you want so that you can enjoy our nature, heritage and gastronomy.
We have a private parking lot where you can park right outside the house.
In the enclosure you will find common spaces with: large garden, ping-pong table, barbecue, ....
All studios have TV and free Wi- Fi network.
Pets
No puppies or dangerous breeds
BAIL:
In case of admission, a cash deposit will be requested upon entry, a deposit that is returned upon departure if everyone agrees. This deposit is a maximum of € 150
COMMON ZONES:
They cannot be loose in the common areas.
They are not allowed to perform their needs on the farm. Mandatory to clean the area and collect the excrement.
IN STUDIES :
They cannot be left alone in case they cry or bark.
They are not allowed to get on the beds, sofa, furniture in general, even if they bring their own covers.
They cannot use the towels of the property with their pets.
Namely
Check-in hours are from 5pm to 7pm.
Check-out hours are from 9am to 12pm.
All the curtains and blackout blinds are drawn with cords located at the ends. Normally for the darkening they will have to help each other with their hands while moving the string.
Windows and French windows are all tilt and turn. Adjust them well before making the change of position.
All studios have a cutting board and pot rest.
Existing Japanese panels in wardrobes slide sideways. The hangers are disinfected at each change.
The television remote is in a small drawer inside the first drawer of the dresser or next to the television.
Towels are in the second drawer of the dresser / closet.
The toilet cistern has the 2 positions for less water consumption. We recommend pressing both at the same time and with the toilet lid on.
Pay attention to the water pressure . It comes out with great force.
The click-clack sofa is folded down by moving the backrest towards the seat of the sofa and returning to a horizontal position.
In the barbecue area and ping-pong table, they have a disinfectant solution and napkins so that the user can disinfect them before and after use. It is mandatory to keep the spacing of 1.5 m. or use of masks where appropriate.
